[ARCHIVED] Morgantown Police Arrest Driver in Vehicle vs. Pedestrian Accident

At approximately 9 a.m. this morning, Garrett Tederick was served warrants for Reckless Driving, Failure to Obey a Traffic Control device, and Failure to use due care. These charges were the result of an investigation into a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident which occurred on Monongahela Blvd. on Feb. 20, 2018. Mr. Tederick was arraigned on the charges this morning at the Monongalia County Magistrate Court and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
