MORGANTOWN, W.VA. – The Morgantown Parking Authority is offering free Happy Hour Parking downtown from May 30 through August 3. Free parking will be available downtown every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4-10 p.m.
Beginning May 30, free parking is available at downtown metered lots and street meters. Parking garages will not be available for free parking during these times.
