This morning at approximately 5 a.m., detectives of the Morgantown Police Department served a search warrant at 828 Price Street, Apartment 1.
Following a complaint, detectives began an investigation into the suspected drug sales occurring at this residence and based on the investigation were able to obtain a search warrant.
As a result of the investigation, detectives have recovered approximately 33 grams of Methamphetamine, 10 grams of Fentanyl, Diphendine, Xanax and Marijuana along with a number of packaging materials and ballistic body armor and $3,800.00 in U.S. currency.
FLEMING, Matthew David, 40 years of age of Morgantown, was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Narcotics (Methamphetamine and Fentanyl) and is being held pending arraignment.
SCOTT, Tavion, 19 years of age of Morgantown, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substances (Methamphetamine, Xanax and Marijuana) and is being held pending arraignment.
