The City of Morgantown Development Services Department is now accepting applications for CDBG funds for fiscal year 2020.
CDBG subrecipient application packets for non-profit organizations are now available at the Development Services Department, 389 Spruce Street, 3rd Floor, Office 12, Morgantown, WV 26505 and on the City’s website at www.morgantownwv.gov/185/Community-Development. The deadline to submit a completed application packet is 4 p.m. on Feb. 19.
CDBG funds can cover certain activities such as the acquisition of property, disposition costs, improvements to public facilities, demolition and environmental cleanup, code enforcement, and rehabilitation of houses.
