The Fifth Morgantown Area History Roundtable will take place March 15, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The event, taking place at the Aull Center for Local History and Genealogical Research located at 351 Spruce Street, is sponsored by the Morgantown Historic Landmark Commission.
The roundtable includes an opportunity to meet with Jennifer Brennan a Structural Historian and CLG Coordinator for the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). Her presentation will focus on “Tax Credits and Development Grants.”
There will also be an opportunity to hear about Historic Preservation Projects happening within the city. Alex Stockdale, Assistant City Engineer, will be discussing her project to repair flooding in the City Hall basement and consequent damage to public records.
