The mission of the Morgantown Board of Zoning Appeals is to uphold the integrity of the zoning ordinance while hearing and deciding upon applications for variances, conditional use permits, and administrative appeals with meaningful citizen input and technical support from the Morgantown Planning Department.

Board of Zoning Appeals Minutes
The Morgantown Board of Zoning Appeals' meets on the third Wednesday of every month in Morgantown City Council chambers of City Hall at 6:30 p.m. Channel 15, the Morgantown Government Access Channel, broadcasts the Board of Zoning Appeals "LIVE" and replayed throughout the following schedule. Replay: Thursday (day after meeting) at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Saturday (3 days after meeting) at 2:00 pm Sunday (4 days after meeting) at 2:00 pm.
