The City Clerk's office reports to the City Manager and serves as the administrative support to City Council.

The City Clerk is the Record Keeper of Council Meetings and the Minutes, Ordinances, Deeds, Resolutions and History of the City. If there is any particular information you are seeking, either Linda or Bethany can be reached at the above phone number.

The City Clerk is the City's election official for City Council elections, every April in odd years. The Clerk's office also serves as secretary to the Police and Fire Civil Service Commissions.

City Council has regular meetings on the first and third Tuesdays, every month, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall (389 Spruce Street Morgantown, WV). City Council has Committee of the Whole meetings on the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
