The Public Communications Manager (PCM)
for the City of Morgantown plans,
coordinates, and manages the operations
and activities of the City’s Public
Communications Office to ensure that
the city's key messages reach the
public.

The PCM serves as the primary media liaison. The PCM plans and manages community relations, media relations, marketing and telecommunications; provides leadership, direction and guidance in PC strategies; and policy development and priorities.
