  2. The Morgantown City Council holds its regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of the month. Council holds its Committee of the Whole meetings, or work sessions, on the last Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. No formal actions are taken at these meetings. Both meetings take place at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers located in the Morgantown Municipal Building at 389 Spruce Street.
