[ARCHIVED] Arrest Made in Listravia Avenue Shooting

On Wednesday, December 12, 2018 detectives from the Morgantown Police Department obtained two arrest warrants for Carlos Luis PAGAN II, 28 years of age, of Fairmont, WV, in relation to the shooting that occurred in the area of Listravia Avenue on Monday, December 10, 2018.

PAGAN was arrested by the United States Marshals Service’s Mountain State Fugitive Task Force in Fairmont on the evening of Thursday, December 12, 2018. Detectives from the Morgantown Police Department and Fairmont Police Department assisted in the arrest.

At this time PAGAN is charged with one count of attempted 2nd degree murder and one count of malicious wounding. PAGAN is currently being held in the North Central Regional Jail pending arraignment in Marion County Magistrate Court.
