IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to renovations at Morgantown City Hall, all City Council meetings will be held in the Monongalia County Commission Chambers located on the second floor of the Monongalia County Building at 243 High Street.

• An Ordinance Amending the FY 2023-2024 Annual Budget of the City of Morgantown as shown in the revised budget and made a part of this Ordinance as the same applies to the General Fund
  • This budget amendment will allocate unbudgeted revenue from the General Fund.
• A Bid Award for 2023-13 General Construction for High Street Tree Fencing Project
  • Council will review bids for the High Street tree fencing project, which would entail the demolition and replacement of existing curb around seven street trees on High Street and the installation of tube hand railing on top of the new curb.
