Morgantown City Clerk Offering Drive-Up Voter Registration Opportunity

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The Morgantown City Clerk's office will hold a Drive-Up Voter Registration event tomorrow, April 4, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Morgantown Farmers Market.

Per state code, April 4 will be the final day for voters to register in order to be eligible to vote in this year's municipal election.

“Voter registration closes on the twenty-first day prior to the election, so it’s important that prospective voters are registered by April 4th,” said Morgantown City Clerk, Christine Wade. “We don’t want anyone to miss out on the opportunity to vote in this year’s city election.”

The City Clerk will be in attendance at the event to assist prospective voters with their registration. The registration process will take approximately five minutes.
