   Thank you for your interest in participating in National Night Out 2026! To our knowledge, this will be the only officially hosted National Night Out event in Monongalia County, creating a unique opportunity for local businesses to demonstrate leadership in building safer, stronger neighborhoods. 

   This free, family-friendly evening will connect residents with law enforcement, first responders, and local agencies while providing fun, interactive activities for families who may not otherwise have access to such opportunities.

   Important Information:

   • Forms must be submitted by Friday, May 1, 2026.

   • Limited spaces are available. Police, Fire, and social service organizations will be given priority.

   • All other spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

   • We reserve the right to refuse vendor space to any business or organization that does not align with the purpose of this event.

6. Vendor Guidelines*

   Please check all boxes to acknowledge the following rules and guidelines:

   1. I understand setup begins at 4:00 PM on event day.
   2. I understand vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’ unless otherwise specified.
   3. I understand vendors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs.
   4. I understand vendors must remain for the full event until 8:00 PM.
   5. I understand vendor space is free of charge.
   6. I understand all tents must be properly secured. No staking permitted.
   7. I understand vendors are not permitted to sell food or other items unless coordinated with the City.
   8. I understand that no power will be supplied unless specifically coordinated with the City.
   9. I understand vendors are not permitted to use amplified sound unless coordinated with the City.
   10. I understand the City reserves the right to refuse a vendor space to any business or organization not aligned with the purpose of this event.

    Please provide detailed information about how your business or organization will actively engage attendees. All activities should be interactive, educational, or experiential simply passing out brochures or promotional items is not sufficient.
